Heart of Athens, 1 Bedroom

Positive: Everything was perfect and as expected per the property description. Negative: Nothing

Positive: General: - Date of visit 01-05.05.25, - 65 eur/night total, including all taxes. - Family with one child. We were satisfied with location even there is no metro station near the apartment (it was clear when we booked). Well connected, there are many buses and several bus stops from Sintagma square, 10 min. by bus. 45 min. by feet. Several bus stations to National Opera and Library, great place to be visited. As I saw, there is free parking around the building, but should be checked with owner. Apartment is average, on 3rd floor, no lift (we didn't have any issue related to this). Nice terrace with table and two chairs. Wifi was excellent. Kitchen is old but decent, with necessary appliances and equipment (cooker, fridge, ketler, washnig machine). There are additional appliances (hair dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, cleaning appliaces, etc.). There is one bedroom and living room with dining table separated from kitchen. In both of rooms there was AC unit. Neighborhood is quite good, with stores and several caffes around the building. Negative: Bathroom was not cleaned properly. This is a main remark. It is not problem that furniture was nor brand new, but sofa should be cleaned (or some cover to be used, for armchair also). If there were no above mentioned remarks, I would give 10 to the property (valued for money, although booked very late). Suppose that this is easily solvable. No table lamps or sockets next to bed in bedroom, for someone uses to read, this could be a problem. Sometimes, there were time gaps between buses (15-20 min.) so public transport could be a problem.

Very good apartment. Positive: Very good apartment, was there everything what we need for our stay, very clean flat And cozy. Good location and very good communication with personal, the lady help with everything what we need during our stay. I recommend this apartment when you want to have cozy home like yours on your trips. Negative: I didnt found anything.
