Absolutely terrible. Avoid this place at all costs. Positive: none. Negative: I was greeted by both live and dead cockroaches as soon as I entered the room. The air conditioner did not work, the TV did not work, and even the light in the shower room was broken. The room was simply not suitable for staying in. As a result, I had no choice but to check out immediately and find alternative accommodation at my own expense. Although instructions for collecting the key were provided in advance, the actual check-in process was confusing and unnecessarily difficult. I contacted the host about the insects, the broken air conditioner, and the other issues, but received no meaningful assistance. Despite the unacceptable conditions, I was not offered any refund. The condition of the room was completely different from what was advertised. I sincerely hope that fewer people will have to go through the same experience and feel deceived as I did.
