Value for money and convenient location

Great for a young couple Positive: Quiet and safe neighbourhood with a 10-15 minutes walk to the city center through a great park that has spectacular views for the whole city - lovely sunsets. (also it's full of turtles). The place was clean, everything was working correctly, the building was ok and clean too. Great, cheap restaurants nearby with friendly people. The metro station is also really close. Negative: The bed is not the most comfortable, it's loud and you can wake the other person up when moving. Overall mildly comfortable. A bit of a lack of sunlight in the morning but it's ok.

Positive: Отличное расположение и место для ночлега. Помещение находится в подвале , так что долго там не очень комфортно быть, было холодно, но в квартире есть обогреватель и кондиционер. Заселение безконтактное, это очень удобно. Парковка рядом с домом была найдена без проблем.
